Challenge #1: Attracting new customers.

Without new customers, your business becomes predictable and stagnant. According to Vend’s 2018 Retail Trends and Predictions report, retailers will thrive if they step up their social strategies, use customer data effectively and provide an engaging shopping experience. Retailers should plan to attend the SuperZoo session “Stand Out! Differentiate or Disappear” presented by author and successful businessman Larry Mersereau, who will highlight new and emerging ways to position your business so customers choose you. 

Challenge #3: Getting the most out of social media. 

As mentioned, a compelling social strategy can be key to branding your business and setting your company apart from the competition. Smart Insights reports that in 2018, the number of worldwide social media users is 3.196 billion, up 13 percent from last year—proof that social media is important for growing your reach. With tools and platforms constantly changing, staying on top of best practices is a must. Learn the latest tips and tactics in “Is Your Pet Business Social Enough for Your Customers?” a SuperZoo session by Lynn Switanowski.
