Ainsworth Pet Nutrition, manufacturer of the Rachael Ray Nutrish line of pet food, launched a sweepstakes and donation campaign, Fill the Dish. The Meadville, Pa.-based company will donate $1 to Best Friends Animal Society, the Utah-based no-kill sanctuary for companion animals, for every time Fill the Dish campaign posts are shared on Facebook and Twitter. Ainsworth will also conduct a sweepstakes in which fans of the brand can enter for the chance to win a grand prize, which includes both $1,000 and a year supply of Dish from Rachael Ray Nutrish dog food. Entrants will also be eligible to win one of five smaller prizes valued at nearly $350.

Dish from Rachael Ray Nutrish is a new dry dog food formula inspired by recipes from TV personality and celebrity cook Rachael Ray’s kitchen. The food features whole ingredients including real U.S. farm-raised chicken or beef as the number one ingredient, real pieces of slow-roasted chicken, carrots, peas, potatoes and apples. Dish from Rachael Ray Nutrish is available in two recipes, Chicken & Brown Rice Recipe with Veggies & Fruit and Beef & Brown Rice Recipe with Veggies, Fruit & Chicken. Neither contain corn, wheat, soy, or gluten, and both are available in grocery stores and mass retailers nationwide. Dish from Rachael Ray Nutrish has suggested retail prices of $11.99 to $45.99, depending on the bag.
