Arlee Pet Products Launches in Pet Specialty

Arlee Pet Products, a division of Arlee Home Fashions, has made its debut in the pet specialty market with the goal of offering pet specialty retailers and pet parents premium quality bedding at value pricing.

Arlee Pet Products offers the Sleepy Dog, Rover Rest and Doggy Décor for its bedding and throw lines. Each brand has specific bed styles and constructions and all are exclusive to the pet specialty channel. The company specializes in making high quality beds and throws that fulfill the physiological needs of pets and the aesthetic sense of pet parents. Its products also include Thermatec self-warming technology and Ortholux orthopedic fill, adding value and comfort.

Arlee is headquartered in New York City and maintains its own factory in West Plains, Mo., where 95 percent of its product offerings are filled, finished and quality checked.

Ian Weiss, a 20-year veteran of the industry and vice president of sales for Arlee Pet Products, said, ““I have grown up in the Pet Specialty business and offering products that Pet Specialty retailers can really stand behind is the reason I get up and go to work every day. The beds and throws that we make are far and away some of the best that I have ever seen in this industry.”
