BrightPet to Display Updated Recipes at SuperZoo

BrightPet Nutrition Group will showcase its updated Adirondack formulas and new packaging during SuperZoo. In addition to Adirondack, the company's portfolio includes other super-premium pet food brands such as Blackwood and Makin' Trax.

“Our fresh approach to the Adirondack brand is directly inspired by consumer demand for these new formulas,” said Matthew Golladay, president of BrightPet Nutrition Group. “We’ve used our more than 40 years of experience and our slow-cooking process to create foods with the right ingredients containing the proper nutrients to keep pets healthy and ready for their next adventure with their families.”

The Adirondack line features two indoor cat food recipes and four dog recipes, including formulas for small breeds and weight management. Each limited-ingredient recipe is grain-free and crafted with four select ingredients to deliver optimal nutrition for pets with sensitivities. The portfolio contains recipes with a variety of fresh meat protein sources as the number one ingredient. None of the foods contain potato, and all the dog recipes are chicken-free.

The dog formulas include the following: Turkey & Lentils (All Life Stages), Whitefish & Peas (All Life Stages), Pork & Lentils (Weight Management), and Menhaden Fish, Turkey & Lentils (Small Breed). The cat varieties are available in Whitefish & Whitefish Meal, and Chicken & Chicken Meal.

The dog food recipes will be available in 4-lb., 12-lb. and 25-lb. resealable bags. The two cat food offerings will be available in 3.5-lb. and 11-lb. resealable bags.
