Cardinal Pet Care will debut its Pet Botanics Organic Training Rewards and reveal its new brand ONLY Healthy Source dog treats at Global Pet Expo, booth 535.

The company will also be debuting Full Life For Pets 2-In-1 Training Treat & Meal Mixer, an addition to its popular Full Life For Pets treat line.

“Pet parents today are becoming increasingly concerned about the sourcing and ingredients in the products they give to their dogs,” said Tom Wien, vice president of marketing, Cardinal Pet Care. “We are pleased to introduce these exciting new products at Global. They demonstrate our commitment to pet health and nutrition and build on our relationship with the professional dog training community.”

Pet Botanics Organic Training Rewards – Cardinal Pet Care’s Pet Botanics treats are now available in a certified organic variety, made with real organic beef or organic chicken as their No. 1 ingredient, along with organic fruits, vegetables and grains. A seal on each package from Oregon Tilth, a leading USDA National Organic Program accredited certifier, assures consumers that the chicken and beef used in the treats is certified organic. Low in calories and fit for training, Pet Botanics Organic Training Rewards are available in Chicken and Beef flavors both in a mini size and a regular size.

Full Life For Pets 2-In-1 Training Treat & Meal Mixer – Offering complete and balanced nutrition, the product can be used two ways: as a training reward treat, or mixed in with a dog’s dry or canned food as a meal enhancer (it meets AAFCO’s nutrient profile for Adult Maintenance). Suitable for enticing older or finicky dogs to eat, Full Life For Pets 2-In-1 Training Treat & Meal Mixer’s ingredients include pork liver, peas, potatoes, flaxseed and salmon oil, among others. Available in a 20 oz. package in Bacon flavor.

ONLY Healthy Source Dog Treats -- A line of dog treats that consists of four products:

  • ONLY Healthy Source USDA Organic Training Treats – The treats are made with USDA-certified organic beef or organic chicken as their No. 1 ingredient. At just 1.2 calories each, the healthy treats can be given repetitively to reinforce behavior during training. Available in Chicken and Beef flavors in 4 oz. package size.

  • ONLY Healthy Source  2-in-1 Training Treat/Meal Mixer – The 2-in-1 treat can be used as both a training reward and a meal mixer because it meets AAFCO standards for complete and balanced nutrition for Adult Canine Maintenance. Fit for mixing with dry or canned food to enhance flavor and provide variety, ONLY Healthy Source  2-in-1 Training Treat/Meal Mixer is available in both Chicken and Bacon Recipes in 6 oz. and 16 oz. packages.

  • ONLY Healthy Source Roasted Tenderloin Bites – Containing only 4 ingredients, ONLY Healthy Source Roasted Tenderloin Bites are air-dried at a low temperature to retain nutrients and flavor. Available in 2 oz. package in Chicken flavor.

  • ONLY Healthy Source Crunchy Rooster Combs – Exclusive to ONLY Healthy Source, the treats are made with 100 percent natural rooster combs and contain only three ingredients. Rich in protein with a palatable taste and crunchy texture, the slow-roasted treats also help with healthy hips and joints. Available in 1 oz. package size.

The above products/brands, along with Cardinal Pet Care’s other brands – including Crazy Dog, Remedy+Recovery, Gold Medal Pets and EcoBath Manuka Honey – will be featured at Global Pet Expo.
