Carnivore Meat Company Partners with Festival Foods

Carnivore Meat Company partnered with Festival Foods to offer its Vital Essentials Freeze-Dried Hemp Chews at stores across Wisconsin.

Festival Foods, a Wisconsin-based company, operates 32 stores throughout the state and brought Vital Essentials Hemp Chews to the pet section in all of its locations except Fort Atkinson and La Crosse-Copeland Ave.

The three varities offered include RELIEF Hemp Chews, made for dogs that experience pain and inflammation to help improve mobility; REVIVE Hemp Dog Chews, formulated to help regulate focus, energy and enhance stamina; and RELAX Hemp Chews, to help relieve nervousness, stress, anxiety and support calmness in dogs.

Vital Essentials Freeze-Dried Hemp Chews feature custom terpene profiles created by a bioengineering team that specializes in plant-derived product formulation and therapeutic applications of hemp and hemp oil to enhance the desired effects for specific conditions pets may experience. The Hemp chews combine hemp oil with 100 percent beef.

"Most other hemp chews for pets are made with a host of ingredients that are not necessarily high quality or healthy for our pets," said Melissa Olson, vice president of sales and marketing for Vital Essentials. "Our hemp chews are all natural and made with Wisconsin sourced hemp oil, which is considered among the highest quality in the U.S. And, like our other freeze-dried products, we use only U.S.-sourced meat and do not include fillers, grains, gluten or artificial ingredients in any of our food or treats."
