Chuck & Don's Plans Birthday Bash

To celebrate its 28th anniversary, destination pet supplies store Chuck & Don’s will hold a birthday bash and inaugural adoption event at most of its locations throughout Minnesota and Colorado. The events, which will take place on Saturday, May 19th and Sunday, May 20th, will celebrate 28 years of business by providing activities to customers while supporting local pet adoption organizations. On Sunday, each participating store will host a different pet rescue, resulting in the largest-ever adoption event organized by Chuck & Don’s.

“For 28 years, Chuck & Don’s has been proud to offer outstanding pet products and services to our customers and furry friends in all of our stores,” said Bob Hartzell, CEO of Chuck & Don’s. “We are looking forward to putting on a celebration that gives our communities the opportunity to give back through our largest-ever adoption event and birthday sale.”

In addition to the adoption event, Chuck & Don’s locations offer activities like a “Make Your Own Paw Print” station on Saturday, and a pet-friendly photo station on Saturday and Sunday. The photo station will feature a social media prop frame with interchangeable quotes and sayings. Customers are encouraged to post their photos to social media using the hashtag #partywithchuck.
