Fromm Family Foods has added a canned products manufacturing facility to its family-owned business. The new cannery, Fromm’s third manufacturing hub, is located in Eden, Wis., and focuses exclusively on producing high-quality canned pet foods.

The facility will allow Fromm to expand production of its premium dog and cat canned products while adding to research and development in order to continue introducing new canned recipes for dogs and cats.

“This new canning facility will allow us to expand our manufacturing capabilities and continue adding to our menu of canned entrees for years to come,” said Bryan Nieman, brand director for Fromm Family Foods. “By opening our Eden Factory we are able to be even more hands on, from creating recipes, to sourcing, to manufacturing and packaging. This will help us continue our tradition of innovation, quality and unique recipes in the marketplace.”

The opening of the cannery began with the launch of several canned recipes for dogs, including Gold Pate varieties and Four-Star Shredded Entrées. The new recipes include chicken, chicken and duck, and salmon and chicken pates for dogs and Four-Star shredded beef, shredded chicken and shredded pork for dogs. For cats, the new offerings include Four-Star chicken, duck and salmon pate, chicken and salmon pate, chicken and duck pate and salmon and tuna pate.
