German Shepherd Wins Best in Westminster Dog Show, and Other Results

Rumor the German Shepherd won best in show at the 141st Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show Tuesday night at Madison Square Garden. In second place was Adrian the Irish Setter. The rest of the results are below.

Group:
The group winners each advanced to the best in show competition.

Hound Group: Norwegian Elkhounds
Toy Group: Pekingese
Non-Sporting Group: Poodles (Miniature)
Herding Group: German Shepherd Dogs
Sporting Group: Setters (Irish)
Working Group: Boxers
Terrier Group: Norwich Terriers

Best Junior Handler:
Mallori Seifert, Beagles over 13 in. but not exceeding 15 in.

Masters Agility:
Also including the highest scoring All-American Dog winner and each of the five height division winners.

Masters Agility Champion: Trick the Border Collie
All-American Dog: Crush the mixed breed
8-Inch Division: Sparkle the Papillon
12-Inch Division: Jonesy the Miniature Schnauzer
16-Inch Division: Stripe the Shetland Sheepdog
20-Inch Division: Trick the Border Collie
24-Inch Division: Kaboom the Border Collie

Masters Obedience:
1st: Retrievers (Labrador)
2nd: Retrievers (Golden)
3rd: Retrievers (Golden)
4th: Retrievers (Nova Scotia Duck Tolling)
