Gott Pet Products Welcomes Sales Manager

Gott Pet Products welcomed Fred Corbett to its team as Mid-Atlantic and Southeast territory sales manager.

He will be responsible for working with retailers and distributors, specifically building meaningful and long-term relationships with contacts throughout the mid-Atlantic and southeast.

Corbett is recognized as an innovative thinker, with strong category, trade merchandising and pet product knowledge. His expertise includes former roles as national sales manager, Pet & Treats at F.I. Emmert and vice president of sales at Signature Pet Products. Prior to that, he served six years as district sales manager, Pet Specialty Division at Mars Petcare

“Fred is an accomplished sales professional with comprehensive experience in consumer-packaged goods, field marketing, merchandising and account development within the pet food/care industry,” said Patrick McGarry, general manager of Gott Pet Products. “I’m confident that his extensive experience and background will serve as a great asset to supporting our rapidly growing retailer partner network.”

Gott Pet Products has experienced significant growth in recent months. In addition to revealing a new look to both Charlee Bear and Hound & Gatos, each brand also introduced new product lines. Charlee Bear debuted two new lines – Bearnola Bites, which are crunchy granola clusters, as well as its raw, freeze-dried Meaty Bites treats for dogs. Hound & Gatos launched a new line of dry food for both cats and dogs that’s made with over 84 percent quality meat, poultry or fish, and whole eggs.
