Manna Pro Acquires Corta-Flx

Manna Pro Products, LLC, a Missouri-based manufacturer and marketer of animal nutrition and care products, acquired Corta-Flx, Inc., a global supplier of equine and canine health supplements.

Founded more than 20 years ago and headquartered in Aiken, S.C., Corta-Flx manufactures and distributes equine joint supplements that are predominantly used to improve mobility for competition horses, such as racetrack, barrel racing and jumping horses. Corta-Flx also offers ulcer management products and poultice products for the equine industry, and joint supplements to improve canine health and mobility.

“Leading trainers, competitors and owners know and respect Corta-Flx products,” said Beth Rogers, Manna Pro’s vice president of marketing. “This acquisition greatly complements Manna Pro’s product offerings, as we are able to add a brand new category with ulcer management products, and enhance our joint supplement offerings.”

“I am excited about the great opportunities that lie ahead for both of our companies and for our customers,” said Bruce Snipes, founder of Corta-Flx. “Thanks to Manna Pro’s extensive distribution network, more equine and canine owners will discover the effectiveness of our unique formulations that improve their animals’ health and performance.”
