Nature Gnaws welcomed Andrea Rodriguez as its director of human resources.

Formerly of Accurate Personnel Services, Ascendor Resources and Boeing, Rodriguez brings her HR knowledge in recruiting, policies, hiring laws and corporate standards to help create a thriving and progressive workspace at Nature Gnaws.

Rodriguez has a master of science in human resources management from Nova Southeastern University and a bachelor of arts in social work from Florida Atlantic University. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, which supports HR as a profession and provides further education and certification to its members, while lobbying Congress on critical issues related to labor management.

“Being consistently mindful of employee health, welfare and the entire employment process from hiring to retirement is my priority,” said Rodriguez.

“The growth we are experiencing calls for someone with the passion and experience to lead our HR efforts, and we are thankful to have her on board,” said Steve Mamak, co-founder of Nature Gnaws.
