Oxyfresh Hires Social Media Coordinator



Oxyfresh welcomed Emma Phillips to its marketing department as social media coordinator. 


In her role, Phillips is responsible for managing company social media platforms, media research and analysis, content creation and external and internal communication tactics.


“I am extremely passionate about writing, helping people tell their stories and creative problem solving when it comes to communication,” said Phillips, “It is my goal to develop a strong online community for Oxyfresh, as well as create innovative ways to illustrate the many benefits Oxyfresh products offer to both pets and their people."  


Emma graduated from Whitworth University with a degree in Communications. In college, Phillips was the editor-in-chief at The Whitworthian (newspaper), an account manager at Beyond the Pines (Public Relations), a social media intern at Numerica Credit Union, and a communications and creative intern at We are Real Life. Phillips also received awards such as the Whitworth Communication Department Service Award, Spark Award and Flora Writing Award for Journalism.


Phillips will develop original text, image and video content to help attract more customers, create buzz around new products, increase customer engagement and overall web traffic.   


“Emma’s skills and qualifications prove that she is a tech-savvy professional with a niche for communicating with clients through online channels,” said Mariano Tellarini, president of Oxyfresh, “Her enthusiasm and hard work ethic makes us feel confident she will fulfill the Social Media Coordinator position with ease.”
