At the 3rd annual Pet Connections Expo, eTailPet won the Pet Tech Challenge, a “pet tank” contest for pet technology companies that offer innovative technologies for the pet industry.

Four finalists took the stage in front of a panel of judges and press, along with hundreds of retailers and manufacturers, as they pitched their products for a chance to win the Grand Prize of over $7,000 in cash and prizes.

eTailPet was chosen as the winner based on its creativity, originality, relevance to the pet industry and technical problem solving.

“We are very happy for eTailPet as the winner of our Pet Tech Challenge,” said Bill Doherty, ICDevents president and show director. “In addition to a $1,000 cash grant and a complimentary 10 in. x 10 in. space at Pet Connections 2020, eTailPet will receive invaluable business building services to help launch its business and strengthen its sales and marketing efforts.”
