Pet Food Experts Will Carry Frozen Foods
Pet Food Experts added freezer capacity to its Midwest distribution center in Des Plaines, Ill.
Independent pet retailers in the Midwest can begin purchasing several frozen pet food products distributed through Pet Food Experts. Vital Essentials, Open Farm, Nature’s Logic and Green Juju will be available January 2019.
Vital Essentials, located in Green Bay, Wis., is a family-owned company that produces high-quality raw frozen and freeze-dried pet food, snacks and treats. Vital Essentials uses only USDA-inspected animal protein sourced and packaged in the U.S.
Founded in 2013, Open Farm is a family-run business focused on doing good for pets, farm animals and the environment. The Open Farm Raw Organic Grass-Fed Kefir is made with organic raw milk, turmeric, cinnamon, live bacterial cultures and finished without antibiotics and growth hormones. Raw Kefir promotes healthy digestion, skin and immune systems in dogs and cats.
