Pet Remedy Enters U.S. Market

Podium Pet Products launched Pet Remedy, a calming solution for pets in the United States and Canada. The product was previously available in the UK. This unique calming solution is naturally formulated to address a range of stressful situations, including fireworks, kennel and cattery stays, separation anxiety, trips to the vet, introduction of new people or animals, and more. Pet Remedy can be used to calm a range of companion animals, from rodents, rabbits and guinea pigs to canines, felines and equines.

As a natural product, Pet Remedy contains Valerian, a perennial herb known for its calming qualities, along with other botanical extracts, like vetiver and essential oils. It was developed and perfected with the help of an experienced team of veterinarians, nurses, animal psychiatrists and behaviorists.

“Pet Remedy is a stand-alone product,” said Kim Goldsworthy, sales director – North America, Podium Pet Products. “Its natural plant extract makes it not only safe for the pet, home and environment, but also effective immediately. This is an exciting product in a growing category with a proven track record; in fact Pet Remedy’s growth in the UK is more than double the average for the category.”

Pet Remedy is available as a 200ml Calming Spray that can be applied to the pet’s bedding and coat. It also includes a 15ml mini spray for travel. A Calming Plug-In Diffuser that emits a fine mist, which covers up to 650 square feet, is also available, along with Diffuser Refill Packs.
