Snap21 Adds New Feature to Its App

Snap21 developed a new feature for its photo review/reputation app, which allows groomers to send a pet owner a photo of the groomed pet to notify them that their pet is “Ready for Pick-Up.”

Owners can review the photo and make tweaks to the groom (if necessary) prior to picking up their pet, as well.

Snap21 provides a web-based photo app for use by pet salons and groomers to request and capture photo reviews, build, promote and manage their business’ and groomers’ reputation, boost social sharing and awareness, expand sphere-of-influence and generate new customer referrals.

Through a pilot program in collaboration with a pet supply retailer (who’s adding pet grooming services within their retail locations), Snap21 has adapted and tailored its photo review/reputation app specifically for the workflow and needs of the grooming salon.

Owners can also choose to share their groomed pet photos with family and friends with Snap21’s One-Touch social sharing. Twenty-four hours after the pick-up notification is sent, the photo is resent and requests the pet owner to submit a review of their grooming experience.
