Woof Gang Bakery to Host CBD Sessions
The sessions will provide education about holistic treatments for pets, including the therapeutic uses of essential oils and CBD.
“There are still so many misconceptions about CBD and essential oils and how they can be used to treat pets,” said Ardolino. “Learning how these oils work in the body, as well as the positive effects they can have, will help you decide if they are right for your family and your pets.”
During CBD Sessions, Ardolino will address common misconceptions and concerns about essential oils and CBD, including the legality of hemp CBD, how it works in pets, what research is available and how CBD interacts with the body to stop common ailments including seizures, anxiety and joint pain. Guests will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the best uses of CBD for pet-specific ailments.
Ardolino, who has a degree in the therapeutic uses of medical cannabis from the University of Vermont, has turned to CBD to treat her own dogs and the animals on her rescue farm, Fire Flake Farm.
“I have rheumatoid arthritis and when my schnauzer, Odie, started suffering from joint pain and stiffness, as well as anxiety, I knew that CBD could help him the way that it helped me,” said Ardolino. “My other two dogs, Nina and Jolene, also suffer from thunderstorm anxiety, which I have been able to successfully treat with CBD. It sounds too good to be true, but CBD is not magic: it is science and medicine. My goal is to educate as many people as possible how to safely use this life-changing medicine to better their pets’ lives.”
Ardolino founded CBD Dog Health after learning the benefits of CBD. Together with her partners and team, Ardolino created CBD Dog Health’s proprietary formulas.
The first 25 guests to register for CBD Sessions will receive a free bag of CBD Freeze Dried Salmon Treats from CBD Dog Health. Those interested can register online, but registration is not required. CBD Sessions are presented by CBD Dog Health, Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming South Tampa and The New Barker.
