Woofie’s named Michele Novy as full-time director of marketing.

Novy brings years of expertise in the fields of broadcast journalism, communications and marketing to the Woofie’s team.

“I was extremely excited to join the team,” said Novy. “I am a long-time customer [of Woofie’s] for a reason. From dog walking to grooming, I’m confident in Woofie’s services, and I’m eager to help move the business further.”

Novy also previously fostered kittens with the Friends of Homeless Animals (FOHA), an activity that aligns with Woofie’s philanthropic fundraising agenda.

“Michele is a great addition to the team and we look forward to working alongside her to elevate Woofie’s presence in the community,” said Amy Reed, co-founder of Woofie’s. “Given her experience in the field and passion for the company, we are sure she will successfully lead our marketing initiatives.”

Founded in 2004, Woofie’s offers personalized pet sitting and dog-walking services, which include consultations with a member of the management team, in-home overnight care and Bed & Biscuit overnight care. Its mobile pet spa provides one-on-one, cage-free grooming services such as: breed-specific haircuts, nail trims, hydrosurge baths and specialized de-matting and de-shedding treatments.
