New Sales Managers Join Precision
Precision Pet Products has hired two new sales managers to cover the Great Lakes and northeast regions. Madalina Hardman is now territory sales manager for the Great Lakes region. Hardman was previously the national accounts manager for Penn-Plax Pet Products. Hardman has also worked for Coastal Pet Products, Inc.

Matt Wurtzel is the new regional sales manager for the Northeast United States. Wurtzel has been working with Precision as an independent rep in the northeast for the past year and has already developed strong relationships with many distributors and retail accounts in his territory. He comes to Precision with seven years experience in the pet industry and has a proven track record of sales and margin growth as a national sales manager for multiple pet product manufacturers.


American Pet Diner Adds Consultant
American Pet Diner, Inc. has hired Bethany Cutler as business development director/consultant for its national and international account divisions. Cutler, of Striker International Inc. and Striker Development, specializes in strategic business relationships and business development. She will be responsible for strategic relationships with customers, distributors and vendors, increasing national and international sales and marketing efforts, and direct new product introduction and development through the full production cycle.


Espree Hires And Promotes
Espree Animal Products, Inc. has promoted Josh Penn to warehouse manager.  He will receive a business finance degree this fall from Tarlton State University. Penn has past experience in manufacturing, inventory control and logistics.

Pam Anderson has been promoted from accounts receivables and invoicing to director of operations. She graduated in 1984 from Indiana University with a degree in business management.

Susan Townsend joins Espree as accounting manager. She has a BBA degree in office administration from Abilene Christian University and 20 years experience in managing accounting departments.


Nature's Variety Names VP Sales
Nature’s Variety has named Stephanie Arnold as its vice president of sales. In this capacity, Arnold assumes full responsibility for all of Nature’s Variety’s domestic and Canadian sales efforts. In her new role, Arnold will oversee a sales team of three regional sales managers and 19 territory sales managers throughout North America.

Most recently, Arnold served as vice president of sales for Victorinox/Swiss Army Travel Gear, a division of TRG Group. In her role with TRG Group, Stephanie focused the majority of her efforts on the independent/specialty retail channel.
