DENVER–Walk-e-Woo, a manufacturer of collars and leashes, donated a large assortment of collars and leashes to the Northern California Beagle Rescue (NCBR). The NCBR is a non-profit, all-volunteer organization that specializes in rescuing and finding homes for unwanted beagles, in addition to many other dogs.
