BEL AIR, Md.–Pet Store Pro, the free online training program created by the Pet Industry Distributors Association (PIDA), has added a new manager course on problem solving. The new chapter introduces analytical and creative techniques to solve problems independently or with a team.

Problem-Free Problem Solving outlines how to choose a problem-solving style, define a problem, generate solutions, select the best option, and implement and evaluate solutions. The course also includes downloadable worksheets to help managers define problems, brainstorm potential solutions and evaluate alternatives.
