Bravo!, makers of raw, natural diets for dogs and cats, has added an interactive training program for sales representatives, retail store associates and product demonstration teams. The training program is accessible through the company's website and will provide users the knowledge they need to inform shoppers about the benefits of Bravo! pet food and treats.
"This program was developed to help sales professionals become more knowledgeable about our line so they can detail pet parents about the many benefits of the Bravo! product lineup and answer frequently asked questions with confidence," said Michelle Carter, vice president of sales at Bravo!
After viewing a 10-minute video session and completing a brief, 15-question quiz, successful test takers will receive a personalized certificate of completion, plus a complimentary $15 Starbucks gift card. The online sales training program can be accessed from personal computers, as well as mobile devices.
