Phillips Pet Food & Supplies promoted Elizabeth Thibodeau to senior vice president, merchandising and marketing services, and Rianan Ozaeta Hickman to vice president, information systems.
Thibodeau served as Phillips’ vice president, merchandising, since January 2018. In her new role, she will lead merchandising, marketing and digital solution efforts for the company. Prior to joining Phillips, Thibodeau served in hands-on merchandising roles for more than eight years at Target and gained IT and marketing experience throughout her career. She received her undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and her MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.

Ozaeta Hickman joined Phillips in October 2017 as director of e-commerce. She has more than 20 years of experience with applications and systems for national corporations such as Bed Bath & Beyond, Borders Group, Inc. and MGM Mirage. She earned an associate degree in business administration from South University. In her new role, Ozaeta Hickman will oversee Phillips’ technology portfolio, including application development, infrastructure and security, EDI and e-commerce services.
