Pet Supermarket’s annual “Thanks for Giving” fundraiser returns November 1-24, 2021. In its fifth year, the campaign will shift to a monetary fundraiser, departing from the pet food drive of past years, to allow the benefiting shelters to dedicate funds where most needed this holiday season.
From the start of November until the day before Thanksgiving, Pet Supermarket customers will be encouraged to donate a dollar amount of their choosing when making an in-store purchase. These funds will be evenly split among 10 shelters and rescues in the Pet Supermarket service area, providing homeless animals with the care they deserve around the holidays.
These shelters include: Big Dog Ranch Rescue (Loxahatchee Groves, Fl), Gulf Coast Humane Society (Fort Myers, Fl), Humane Society of Greater Miami (North Miami Beach, Fl), Lucky Cat Adoptions (Fleming Island, Fl), Mission K9 Rescue (Needville, Tx), Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League (West Palm Beach, Fl), Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando (Orlando, Fl), Planned PEThood of Georgia (Duluth, Ga), Slumdog Rescue Crew (Andersonville, Tn) and Stepping Stones Canine Rescue (Winston-Salem, Nc).
